Do I need specific hardware / software to use bugle?

You just need an html5 compatible web browser and broadband internet access to start using bugle.

Do I need any specific technical expertise to manage my company account?

No. With bugle anyone can create and publish video training courses and other online learning content. All you need is a smartphone, an audio recorder and your expertise.

What kind of learning files can I upload and publish in bugle?

With bugle you can publish and distribute virtually any kind of digital content formats to your students such as video, audio, html5 animations, all kinds of Adobe and Office files and web URLs.

What kind of interactive content can I create directly in bugle?

With bugle you can create quizzes, surveys, challenges, Q&A's, course evaluations, news, video posts and events making sure your knowledge dissemination is both empowering and engaging.

Which languages does bugle support?

Bugle is currently available in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Thai and Mandarin. Need it in another language? Contact us, we will look into it for you!

How can I enroll my student audience in my bugle online academy?

bugle offers several sign-up methodologies including standard sign-up with mail verification and also random individual student code generation. Other sign-up methodologies are available, and you may decide which one fits better with your learning audience.

Bugle is a cloud platform. Where will my content and data be hosted?

All bugle subscription plans include secure and scalable cloud hosting of your content and data on AWS (Amazon Web Services).

What kind of support is available for a bugle account holder?

If you are an account manager, you have direct access to our support team. A real person will respond to your emails within 24 hours. Depending on the subscription package you have picked, phone and live chat support is also provided. Rest assured that at bugle we will always do everything in our power to help you.

Can you help me with learning content production?

Yes. If you have a bugle account, our Digital Learning Solutons team is available to work with you to create a custom learning content solution tailored to your specific needs.

What is the subscription model and pricing for bugle?

The subscription model and pricing of your account varies according to the package you have selected and the limit of active users in your plan. You can opt between a monthly and an annual commitment, but we also offer multi-year and project-specific subscription periods. You can learn more about pricing here or contact us.

What is an Active user?

“Active User” is someone who:
- Is authorized by you, to use, participate and interact with your bugle account;
- Has signed-up to your bugle account;
- Has an active account status (as opposed to a "deactivated" account status).

Is there a minimum or maximum threshold on the number of active users?

There is no minimum threshold of active users, still our subscription price starts at 50 active users. From 50 to 500 users our subscription price depends on the user volume (see Pricing page). Can I change plans at any time?

You, can upgrade your plan package and/or active users limit at any time. Any plan downgrade (package or users limit) will have effect in the start of the next subscription term.

Can I subscribe the platform for a specific project, for a limited time period?

Are there any cancellation charges?

You can cancel your subscription by reaching out to the bugle Support Team. Cancellation policy for any account is driven by the applicable Terms of Service. You may be charged a cancellation penalty of 50% of the subscription price for the remainder of the commitment period.
